Advocate for Mediation

As a lawyer and mediator who is sensitive and aware of the disagreements between people, I help you to reach the most beneficial agreement for all the involved.

    Why Advocate for Mediation?

Mediation offers various important benefits. Just a few advantages are:

      • The mediation process is voluntary. There is no obligation on either party to come to an agreement.
      • If the parties reach a final agreement, it is binding.
      • Even if no agreement is reached, just by starting the mediation process, the parties achieve greater clarity.
      • It is an opportunity to address the concerns and interests of those involved in a detailed and personalised manner.
      • The time frame from start to end is significantly shorter compared to a court process.
      • The emotional impact is much less than the one suffered by a judicial case. Respect, active listening and assertive communication are core values of the mediation process.
      • The parties are responsible for the taken decisions which they voluntarily choose.

      About me

Hi, I am Angela. Welcome and thank you for being here.

I want to share with you a piece of my truth.

Since I was little I have felt the desire to help other people, so as to spare them unnecessary suffering. As time went by, I realized that true transformation begins within, taking responsibility for one’s own life.

I am highly sensitive to the emotions and the energetic field of people and places. There were many times where I came into conflict with the ability to feel other people‘s emotions so intensely. After thoughtful practice and many experiences, I now know and accept myself. From considering my sensitivity a burden, I have come to live it as an immense blessing.

There were also many conflicting situations that I witnessed from a very young age. Today I understand their purpose and I am grateful for them.

Sometimes life confronts us with challenging scenarios in order to help us find our balance, our harmony.

Deep down I always knew that there always is another way

That’s where Aboga por Mediar has its roots in.

      Professional path

My eagerness to learn and explore, together with my yearning for independence and freedom, have guided me along varied but complementary paths.

Although I appreciate the experiences, places and people I have worked with, I knew right from the start, that I wanted to be my own boss. Before that, and lastly, I worked as a lawyer for 3 years in an international law firm.
